Do you ever look back at old photos and think: damn I looked good, why did I worry about my body? 🤗 when this pic was taken I was (in hindsight) in the best shape I'd been and yet I felt so shit. I remember I kept apologising to the photographer for being fat. Imagine how you're going to feel in a few years when you look back at your current body and you wish you appreciated it more and wore the things you thought you didn't look good in. So this morning I ran all the way to the very top of Tower 42 for @shelter in their #verticalrush race. It was HARRRRD (swipe right for videos), but for an amazing cause. I was meant to go to the gym today but then I weighed up what would make me happier: exercising or not bothering. Then I thought, I'm cool with not bothering today. 😅 looking forward to spinning tomorrow morning though as I do like to get my blood pumping and my mind motivated. It's nice to not see exercise as a chore though and to go because I want to, not because I feel like I have to.
